The King Khan, Shahrukh Khan has arrived at the Kashmir Valley to start a shooting for his upcoming film with Yas Raj Films for the first in his 20-years of Bollywood career.

The actor soon left for south Kashmir’s Pahalgram hill station in a private chopper after he arrived at Srinagar airport on Monday morning.

However, director Yash Chopra and his crew member were already in the city for the past four days.

Talking to media, an eyewitness said, “The unit is this time shooting in Aru (Pahalgam).”

Shahrukh and other crew member will stay in the city for one week and after which they will shoot in other parts like Dal Lake or so.

Some part of the films shooting has already been completed in Ladakh region.

It is said that Shahrukh Khan is playing a role of an army officer named ‘Samar’ and it’s a love triangle movie starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sherma.

The Kashmir Valley was not the center of attraction for Bollywood for past two decades due to the violence started in early 1990s, but now, the situation has improved and the Bollywood is once again coming to the state for shooting.

Earlier, Aamir Khan also shot for the Incredible India campaign in Srinagar.
