The ASI of Punjab Police, Ravinderpal Singh, opposed his daughter’s harassment by the politician and his associates.

It is said in news, that SAD Leader Ranjit Singh Rana is being interrogated in connection with ASI’s murder.

Rana, general secretary of the Akali Dal’s local unit, now thrown out of the party, allegedly shot ASI Ravinderpal Singh in the chest from pointblank range in the city’s Chehertha locality yesterday.

However, Ravinderpal Singh was soon rushed to the hospital, but he was declared brought dead.

Ravinderpal Singh’s daughter, a bank employee, had complained to him about frequent harassment by Rana and his associates.

Talking to media, Amritsar police commissioner Ram Singh said, “The girl had complained to her parents that the accused had been frequently teasing her while she went for her tuitions. When she spotted their SUV on Wednesday afternoon, she called up her father, who immediately came to the spot and confronted the accused. A heated argument ensued, followed by firing.”

Further, he said that he had suspended Chheharta SHO inspector Ashwani Kumar for negligence.

The clash has broken out at Valmiki Chowk, dozen of vehicles were torched and left more than 12 Sikhs injured who have admitted to the hospital. To disperse the mobs, Police has follow lathi charge, tear gas hells and rubber bullets.

Meanwhile, over all tensed situation, govt. has called an high alert at Haryana border district, deploying thousands of Policemen and even 15 companies of Preliminary forces has been requested by Sirsa Administration to maintain law.

Along with Sirsa, high alert are also called in neighboring Mansa, Bathinda and Muktsar districts. Among the wounded persons, one is of the local Sikh community leader, Sant Gurmeet Singh Tirlokewale, who reported to be out of danger.

According to reports, premis groups were holding a prayer meeting ‘naam charcha’ at ‘Naam Charcha Ghar’ on Valmiki Chowk in support of the controversial Dera chief Baba Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh. The clash occurred when a Sikh community leader Sukhjinder Singh Khalsa tried to march on the ‘Naam Charcha Ghar’ to protest against District authorities to follow a “partial approach” via registering cases against them after previous clashes with Dera.

During more than 2 hours clash, both groups were pelting stones to each other and burning half a dozen vehicles. Reports are also that a large number of Dera supporters blocked the cavalcade’s path where Sikh community wanted to address their public meeting.

Moreover, tight security with forces deployment has put outside Gurudwara and hospitals, Sirsa people asked not to come out from their residence as of outside danger.

As per police reports, Sacked Uttarakhand Minorities Commission Chairman,Namdhari was the an eyewitness and main conspirator in Chadha murder case who had fired at Hardeep Chadha on the day of shootout.

Meanwhile, Police told court to sent Namdhari alleged with attempt to murder charges into further police custody for investigation for five days’ in the Ponty Chadha shootout at farmhouse number 42, in south Delhi’s Chhattarpur Nov 17.

In the Ponty Chadha shootout case, Delhi Police has arrested seven people, including Namdhari ,who has more than three dozen cases include murder, attempt to murder, dacoity and several others, had gone missing as an FIR registered against him once again.

On Friday, Delhi Police arrested him from his Bijapur residence in Uttarakhand and took into custody.

“I filed the FIR in connection with the shootout incident and have been always ready to cooperate with the police in its investigations,” Namdhari refuted reports, as per source said.

Kasab, the lone captured of Mumbai attacks was hanged till death at the Yerwada Central Prison in Pune on Wednesday, had no wish, just last words “Forgive me Allah!”, being found guilt of his role in attacks.

But after five years back , the unused Manila rope costing Rs. 675 which was made for execution of Afzal Guru, was used to hang Kasab, source said.

Delhi Court was awarded  the death sentence to the 2001 Parliament attack convicted, Afzal Guru on December 18, 2002, but  his punishment deferred due to continue row over his  mercy appeal which was rejected by Supreme Court.

Suddenly, after several hours of India executing decision of Kasab in a jail in Maharashtra early this morning, Pakistan Governemnt declined to accept a letter on the decision to hang Ajmal Kasab.

India asserted that it had in advance informed Pak about the decision to hang Kasab but Islamabad refused to acknowledge the letter. Foreign Office spokesman Moazzam Khan told reporters, “these reports are incorrect and baseless.”

As per Khan, Islamabad has adopted the clear and consistent position of cooperating with all countries of the region to eliminate terrorism, but the Islamabad govt had just received the note regarding Kasab’s execution and acknowledged its receipt.

Confirming the Pak refusal reports, India’s Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde told reporters, “The External Affairs Ministry through our mission in Islamabad had informed the Pakistan government about Kasab’s hanging. When they did not accept the letter, they were communicated through fax.”

All the family members of Kasab, who live in Pakistan, had also been informed by Indian High Commission in Islamabad through courier that receipt was later given to the Maharashtra government.

Now question is over Kasab’s furnace, and about it Shinde cleared that still no one has claimed Kasab’s body, and not any problem with indian govt if he is buried here. “ I do not think there will be any trouble (if Kasab is buried in India) because India has suffered too much and everyone…. and this country has seen the tragedy. 166 people were killed during three days of the carnage”, he added.

Kasab is the only one terror who caught alive by Mumbai police among 10 attackers, 9 were killed during attacks. Morever, chances of claimants of Kasab’s body are more including Pakistan which will likely to bow a much stormy controversial row between Pak and India.

The 86 year old founder of Sena had been ailing from breathing problems since last week and receiving treatment at Matoshree’ in suburban Bandra East.

As per latets study of scientists, global warming which set to wipe out much of the bamboo, food of pandas could drastically affect them for survive.

Major chances of being affected by change in climate is of Prime Panda habitat in northwestern China which could be completely lost by the end of the century, researchers told reporters.

Moreover, number of pandas in counting are going to too small as there are just 275 pandas population across the world habiating in Qinling Mountains in Shaanxi Province. Biggest reason of their very big isolation is of habitual change of human thousands of years ago.

Developing Human habitation is causing shortage of bears’ places to survive as very huge amount of bamboo disappear which is 80 to 100% due to high temperatures, threatening essential food supply for them.

Bamboo which are usually reproduce every 30 to 35 years, a limited life cycle as per adaptation to climate change, are also food for other animals such as tortoise and purple-winged ground-dove.

Several breeding programs have been deveoped worldwide, but now need to deveope conservative areas that facilitate good food to pandas as per climate as per genetic diversity  which is require more for facing challenges that the panda will likely face in the future.

Following his dinner diplomacy, Mr. Singh just a day before has hosted a dinner for his party UPA allies on Friday night and now second move towards BJP Opposition Party, seek his futuristic strategy to get overall support in politicla reform.

 In list of BJP senior leaders whom Mr. Singh has invited for get together with a dinner, Senior BJP leader LK Advani, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley are among those. 

The winter session will start from November 22, in which several issues are to be discussed including UPA FDI reform, Grafts, Fuel prices and cap on subsidised LPG cylinders. 

As Trinamool Congress along with other opposition parties are ready to kick off a strong campagin and opposition against FDI,  dinner hosting by Mr. Singh is the biggest effort to ensure functioning of Session along with positive reaction over passing of FDI reforms along with Lokpal Bill, Land Acquisition Bill and the Food Bill , insurance and the pension acts amendment bills. 

UPA has to get suppport of SP and BSP due to majorseats holding parties as SP has 22 MPs and BSP with 21 MPs, and if it will fail then it have to go for BJD and JD(U) for bagging their support in reforms. 

Meanwhile, All the BJP’s invited leaders will meet at 8 pm today at the residence of Mr. Singh as an attempt to completely break out the crucial deadlock just before session.
