Congress leader N. D. Tiwari who is facing the paternity suit of a man claiming to be his son, has to appear in court to give blood sample for a DNA test.

The Delhi High Court today asked Tiwari to appear in person before it to give blood sample on May 26 that decides the paternity suit.

“Defendant number 1 (Tiwari) is directed to appear on May 26 at 12 noon along with his two photographs,” Joint Registrar of Delhi High Court, Deepak Garg, said, according to source.

For blood sampling, the court directed the medical chief of the dispensary, located inside it to appoint a doctor on May 26.

The registrar said, Tiwari “be given an opportunity to voluntarily comply with the order.”

Refusing the high court Justice Reva Khetrapal’s 16th May appeal to take police assistance for Tiwari, registrar said that the court should not rush to take police assistance for bringing the defiant veteran Congress leader and enforcing its order.

According to source report, after being informed that the requisite DNA kit has been received by the High Court registry from Hyderabad-based lab Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (CDFD), the court has directed its order.

Any delay in implementation of court’s order of taking the blood sample would result “an irreparable loss is bound to visit the plaintiff”.

One who behind the court’s direction is Rohit Shekhar who judicial declared that Mr. Tiwari is his biological father. And court’s order came on his plea seeking to compel Mr. Tiwari to provide his blood sample as earlier as possible so that the four-year-old paternity suit will have to over.

Kar Sewa construction of a memorial for the “sacrifice” of several Sikhs those killed during the Indian Army’s Operation Bluestar- an army action to flush out militants from the complex in 1984, commenced on Sunday at the Golden Temple complex in Amritsar.

Keeping with his promise, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee has tabled the white paper on black money in Lok Sabha House of Parliament on Monday for giving the detail regarding black money parked abroad.

Last week during a debate on the Finance Bill, Mukherjee promising to bring the White Paper in the on-going Budget Session and said, “I will try to give all the relevant and possible information.”

Being accused the govt, BJP claimed to pace slowly on the black money probe and also said that the White paper does not contain all the information about the unaccounted for money lying overseas.

However the expert committees that appointed by the government in May 2011, under the chairmanship of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) are expected to submit their reports in July or August.

“In respect of estimates of black money, three institutions are studying it independently and they will give their reports at the end of an 18-month period, and that period is coming to a close around July or August,” Mukherjee had said last week.

In a fresh turn in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case, the main accused and the mother of Aarushi, Dentist Nupur Talwar has announced in media, along with her husband Rajesh Talwar that she is now willing to adopt a girl child.

The statement came from Nupur Talwar around four years after the horrible murder of her teenage daughter at her Noida residence in 2008.

It is said in reports today morning that the doctor couple claimed that the girl child which Nupur wants to adopt is lodged in the Dasna Jail with her mother where the Nupur Talwar is presently staying.

However taking care of all the legal actions and other condition, the dentist will be able to adopt the girl child only when she moves out of the jail.

In the meantime, Nupur Talwar has been staying in Dasna jail ever since she surrendered before the special CBI court after the saying of the Supreme Court after her repeated failure to appear before the court to face trial in the murder case.

Nupur’s stay in Dasna jail has been increased after the Allahabad High Court on May 16 deferred the hearing on her bail plea to May 22.

Mother of Aarushi, Nupur is the main accused in the 2008 twin murders of her teenage daughter Aarushi Talwar and domestic help Hemraj.

Aarushi, 14-years-old, was found dead with her throat slit at her Noida residence on May 16, 2008. The body of the domestic help was recovered from the terrace a day later.

IIT Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), the joint entrance examination for the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology in which 5.07 lakhs aspirants registered was conducted by seven IITs on April 8, amongst total, his year around 1.69 lakhs was girl candidates.

The result of entrance was declared on Friday, around 24,112 have secured ranks in various categories and 19,426 have been shortlisted for counseling for admission to 9,647 seats in the IITs, according to JEE Chairman GD Reddy.

The list of the first seat allotment would be published on the web on June 14 and the second on June 15, and the final would be out on July 6, as per source report.

Since Jan 1, 2012, large number of children’s death in GB Pant children hospital in Srinagar has been hitting, caused by staff negligibility and now govt. ordered high level action against it.

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday approached Hospital and ordered an immediate inquiry to probe the actual cause of death rate in the hospital whether it resulted of negligence and inadequate facilities or not.

Appointing director of Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Showkat Zargar as the inquiry officer, Jammu & Kashmir government asked him to submit the report of the children’s death within a week.

“There is a need to go into further details. However medical authorities should take all measures to minimize the deaths by taking all possible measures”, RS Chib, state medical education minister said, reduced to take any detail regarding govt. action.

He said that those bring their kids here who do not have proper communication to reach here. Mostly children who come “suffer from encephalitis and 98 to 99 % patients die. Some are born prematurely which is another reason (for death)”.

On Friday, while her attending an interactive TV session, few members of audience asked her about the arrest of accused professor Ambikesh Mahapatra who had lampooned her by publishing her cartoon photo.

Banerjee suddenly lost her calm, stormed out and said in an aggressive way, “It is not a cartoon. We love the cartoon. Cartoon is a different thing. He is a CPI-M man, He misused the e-mail of his society people without their consent. He forwarded it to 60 people.”

As per her, the professor was not an intellectual, but a “CPI-M agent” and the message in the cartoon is a murder conspiracy for her, supported by CPI-M who had sent thousands of CDs to her after election.

“What he has done is a cyber crime. It is not a cartoon, it is a political conspiracy to murder me,” Banerjee told audience.

Banerjee has totally disappointed by this controversial row that makes her ashamed on CPI-M. She claimed that CPI-M is working with Maoists, though her government is a democratic, “Otherwise, he (Ambikesh) should have been in custody”.

“He has done a wrong thing. He misused the e-mail. I know that Maoist people and CPI-M are putting up these questions,” she said during an interactive session, according to source.

However, this was the Banerjee who had supported the Maoists at the national level. But during session, she strongly refused this and told the moderator that her govt. “did not support the Maoists. This is wrong.”

The Mumbai Cricket Association [MCA] has today said in its reports that it banned Kolkata Knight Riders [KKR] co-owner and Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan from entering the Wankhede Stadium for five years for misbehaving with MCA officials and neglecting the rules of the stadium.

Further, the decision was taken at the MCA Managing Committee meeting, which was called to have brief discussion on this matter, which reveals that the actor is involved in a misbehave with the security officials and other officials after the KKR beats MI on Wednesday night.

Talking to media, MCA President Vilasrao Deshmukh said, “Our association was sending out a message that misbehaviour of any kind would not be tolerated.”

He said, “If rules are violated, action will be taken. It does not depend who the individual is. It’s a message to everyone whosoever he or she may be that stern action will be taken if there is any misbehaviour.”

On the other side, Shahrukh had denied all such allegations that he misbehaved with any official that night. He said that he acted only after children, including his kids, were “manhandled” by the security staff.

“How can he go inside the ground without proper accreditation. Even I can’t go inside the ground if not invited for presentation ceremony,” said Vilasrao Deshmukh.

He said, “We have handed a five-year ban on him and it was a unanimous decision. It applies to any match whether domestic or international at the Wankhede.”

When asked by a reporter that if BCCI can undo this ban on Shahrukh, he said, “We have taken a decision to protect the dignity of our association. BCCI is our parent body and we have written to them informing what had happened. We have no control over BCCI’s decision. We are also an independent body with the Wankhede being our property.”

Though, the IPL Chairman Rajiv Shukla has said that the final decision will be taken by the BCCI.

Talking to media in New Delhi, Rajiv Shukla said, “State bodies can only recommend but a final decision has to be taken by the BCCI. When the matter comes to BCCI, the Board will decide (on the ban)”

Meanwhile, MCA President Vilasrao Deshmukh told media that many officials from MCA were present at the center when SRK misbehaved and they all expressed their strong view against him.

“There were a lot of MCA officials present at the time of fracas. Nothing more was needed to prove that he (Khan) misbehaved. The Assistant Commissioner of Police himself was present and he said Khan was drunk,” said Mr. Deshmukh.

When asked that is there any chance of the ban being removed, he said, “There is no question of that.Khan did not make any representation to us, nor apologise. He could also have filed a police complaint but he did not do that.”

He said, “Whether BCCI, IPL or MCA, such kind of misbehaviour cannot be tolerated. We have also filed a police complaint and it’s upto the police to act now.”

In the meantime, the BCCI Chief Administrative Officer Ratnakar Shetty has told media that the Board has received a complaint from the MCA regarding the Shahrukh brawl at Wankhede Stadium on Wednesday night.

Ratnakar Shetty said, “The BCCI has got a complaint from the MCA. We will see to it. We will also think of some measures from the next IPL onwards to ensure that such incidents do not happen in future.”

He said, “This is an unprecedented situation. We have never come across such incidents in the last five years at the Wankhede Stadium. It was extreme restrain shown by the MCA officials in the face of abusive language being hurled on them. They should be appreciated.”

The Delhi police have arrested Australian cricketer Luke Pomersbach, who plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League [IPL 2012], for allegedly molesting a woman and beating up her fiance at a posh New Delhi hotel.

The 27-year-old batsman from Australia, who has also played for Australia’s Twenty20 side, is currently in India to play DLF IPL 2012 matches for RCB.

However, it is said in reports that the RCB player is accused of trying to molest a 27-year-old woman during a after match party at the Maurya Sheraton Hotel last night.

While talking to media, police spokesman Rajan Bhagat said, “We have arrested Luke Pomersbach for assaulting a woman and beating up the fiance who objected to his action.”

Further, the cricketer battled depression and drug issues and no jail sentence in Australia after admitting to assaulting a police officer who was trying to arrest him for drink driving.

The cricketer is now in India saying he was now “on top of things” after recovering from depression, saying that he was determined to make the most of the money-spinning but scandal-plagued Indian league.

However, Siddharth Mallya, director of RCB set up by his father Vijay Mallya, accused her of talking nonsense and went on to say “she was all over me last night and asked for my bbm (blackberry messenger) pin”.

Sidhartha Mallya posted on her twitter wall, “The girl who is accusing Luke is saying he hit her ‘fiance’…what a load of f****** s***. She was all over me last night and asked for me bbm pin, so if he was her fiance she wasn’t exactly behaving like a future wife.”

Team mentor Anil Kumble said the franchise was planning an internal inquiry into the incident.

He said, “It is a very serious thing to have happened and we will certainly look into it. We are planning an internal inquiry into the matter.”

Anil Kumble said, “It is an unfortunate incident. It is disappointing. RCB will certainly not play Luke henceforth and we will cooperate with those who are investigating the incident.”
