Samsung Electronics is likely to introduce its next generation flagship Galaxy S Smartphone- Galaxy S IV very soon at CES or MWC event.

Most interesting rumor is that the successor of Galaxy S III smartphone will be housed with S Pen stylus which has been usually bundled with the Samsung Note and Note II. The device will be a 5-inch Super AMOLED full HD.

If all remours to be true, Samsung Galaxy S4 having an unbreakable screen and 9.2mm slightly thicker body will be the first in Samsung’s Galaxy series of devices to support the S-Pen.

Much talks are of about of the most powerful next generation quad-core Exynos 5440 chip manufactured processor with 28nm high-K metal gate technology which is expected to be equipped in Samsung Galaxy S III successor with 2GB RAM and an 8-core GPU.

Other rumours about the device that it is expected to run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and a 13-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus compatibility.

All eyes are set on the Samsung Galaxy S 4 which is expected to complete the HTC devices. Moreover, Samsung has made available Galaxy S III, a very plasticky build device in market across all online stores.
