Samsung Galaxy Nexus 300x222 Samsung will not launch Galaxy Nexus in IndiaThe world largest mobile maker, Samsung has recently denied its launching of the Galaxy Nexus Smartphone, third phone in Nexus series, in India. “The Galaxy nexus will not be launched in India,” said Samsung while announcing its decision.

This is for the first rime that the company, after several promises to launch the Smartphone in the country, has announced its refusal on release.

The first model, Galaxy Nexus that is run on Google‘s Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operation system was launched by joint partnership of Samsung and Google on October 19, 2011. From then, it has been unveiled across the globe market including US, UK, Singapore, Japan, and Korea.

Working as the reference device under the Nexus series branding for a particular Android version, Google has traditionally partners with HTC and Samsung manufacturer to make a Nexus smartphone.

However, official denial by the company on launching of a Nexus device has not been first time attempt in the country. ‘Nexus One’, first Smartphone in the Nexus series had not released in India, while second time ‘Nexus S’ was made available after passing several months of the global release.

No specified reason has been announced by the company, but it seemed that Samsung, one hand made several promises of launching new products in Indian market, has not given much importance to Indian customers.

Considering India the biggest technology gaining market, source of company said earlier few days, that the Galaxy Nexus that was in the testing phase, would race in the Indian market at the end of April.

But this recent denial move has disappointed all the technology seekers who relate this action with the launch of upcoming The Galaxy S III.

Meanwhile, Indian Android seekers who are from many months in wait of ‘best Android smartphone ever’ has to disappointed as there is no scope to launch Nexus Android device in upcoming period.
