Reports: Sachin Tendulkar asks selectors to take a call on his career

Today the master blaster Sachin Tendulkar has had talks with the selectors about taking a call on his career; he regularly failed to perform in the first two Test matches India played against England.

It is said in some news that Sachin Tendulkar spoke with the selectors as they holds a meeting to select Team India for the third Test against England.

Sachin Tendulkar, 39-years-old, said to have separate talk with chief selector Sandeep Patil on Tuesday, and selectors’ panel told him to continue playing.

On the other hand, the Indian Cricket Board told media that they have no information that Sachin met with selectors or not.

Sachin last hit hundred against Bangladesh earlier this year, which was also his 100th hundred, and he hasn’t in his best batting form since then.

He was bowled many of the times and showed lack of footwork as well as confidence.

In the second Test match played against England at Mumbai. England spinner Monty Panesar took his wicket in the both innings and that too on 8 runs.
