Pronouncing its final decision in the high profile death case of poetess Madhumita Shukla today, the Uttarakhand High Court upheld the life term punishment awarded to former Samajwadi Party MP Amarmani Tripathi. As per reports, all other accused in the case, including Amarmani’s wife, Madhumani has also awarded punishment by court.
