Alec Baldwin’s temper is at it again

The “30 Rock” actor, Alec Baldwin, wasn’t too happy when he was welcomed by two Daily News photographers Tuesday morning. This all took place when he and his fiancee Hilaria Thomas, 28, walked out of the New York City Clerk’s marriage license bureau on Worth Street in lower Manhattan.
