BMW, the largest luxury car maker, is set to reveal its first four-door coupe in the country before Diwali 2012, the upcoming week, dubbed as ‘ BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe’, the model which was firstly debut in the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.

To take drive experience in Indian roads, the company announced to reveal its model in November 8, 2012, but will hit the Indian showrooms in 2013 against Mercedes Benz CLS, Audi A7 and the Porsche Panamera.

The all-new 2013 BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe comes with an enhancing feature of four doors, firstly in BMW’s history, with seating capacity for 4+1 people, adding two more in its 6-series limited two-door design.

Having a larger log space in boot in sake of seating comfort for the rear passengers, BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe is likely to come with two variants- petrol and diesel- 4.4-litre V8 engine, producing 448PS power for petrol and the 3.0 litre turbocharged inline 6 cylinder, delivering 318 PS power. Both variants will supports 8-Speed automatic gearbox transmission.
