A twist in Geetika Sharma’s suicide case occurred when Delhi Police after probing, found that Geetika, who attempted suicide being harassed by her chairman Former Haryana Minister Gopal Kanda, had meet to him every single day after work hours.
Shocking fact is that a special clause in Geetika appointment has got by Police that Geetika Sharma “has to report to the managing director (Kanda) on each and every day after work.”
However, Kanda whose anticipatory bail plea has rejected by the sessions court, is still run off from police and trying to appeal for anticipatory bail.
Geetika as the MDLR group director had joined the company on January 2011, even she did not have any company’s shares, but condition would be to report Boss after work, as per reports said, MDLR HR manager Aruna Chadha who had issued her appointment letter, was arrested on August 8.
The 23 years old, victim who was a former airhostess, attempted suicide and dead on Aug 5 and accused her employer Kanda of being harassed in her suicide note.
