I will go back to Pakistan ‘at the right time’, says Pervez Musharraf

The former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf has said that he will go back to Pakistan ‘at the right time’ to break ‘the status quo. Pervez Musharraf is a proclaimed offender in the Benazir Bhutto assassination case.

Talking to media, the former President said, “I can go to Pakistan at any time. I will go at the right time.”

Further, Musharraf said, “The objective is to break the status quo. The timing is very important.”

In October, Pervez Musharraf has said in a video released from Dubai that he will contest in general elections, likely to take place in 2013, from Chitral, a constituency in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan.

On the other hand, red warrant has also been issued to Interpol for his arrest.
