The main eyewitness, Sacked Uttarakhand Minorities Commission Chairman Sukhdev Singh Namdhari has been booked for the murder of king of liquor Ponty Chadha’s Brother Hardeep Singh Chadha.

The case has been registered under section 302 of Indian Penal Code and police requested 7 days custody of Namdhari for further investigation of Hardeep’s murder in the twin murder shoot out at Ponty’s Chhatarpur farmhouse in New Delhi.

However, the court has granted just three days custody of Namdhari.

Namdhari’s lawyer RS Malik called all allegations against his client are baseless, just an atempt to defame him.

As per source, atleast 10 bullets have been carried from his pistol, by with Namdhari tampered and his son, a relative and driver had also allegedly helped him in tampering. They all are still absconding.

Namdhari , against whom more than dozen of criminal cases in Uttarakhand has been registered, expelled from BJP as his name spread under Chadha’s shoot out case.
