Sidhartha Mallya 150x150 RCB director Sidhartha Mallya gets legal notice for tweetsAn America-based woman, Zohail Hameed, who was allegedly molested by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) cricketer Luke Pomersbach has issued notice to the RCB teams director and Vijay Mallya’s son, Sidhartha Mallya seeking his apology for his tweets questioning her character.

The American woman has sought Sidhartha Mallya’s unconditional apology, her advocate Jitender Garg agve the information to media this morning.

While talking to media, Mr. Garg said, “A legal notice is issued to Sidhartha Mallya for his twitter comment. We will wait for his reply. And if he refuses to apologise, we will file a defamation case against him.”

Earlier on Friday, RCB owner Sidhartha Mallya posted on his social networking site, twitter saying, “The girl who is accusing Luke is saying he hit her ‘fiance’… what a load of f****** s***. She was all over me last night and asked for my bbm (blackberry messenger) pin, so if he was her fiance she wasn’t exactly behaving like a future wife.”

However, Australian cricketer Luke Pomersbach has found guilty to have molested the woman at the ITC Maurya Hotel here early Friday morning and beaten her fiance Sahil Peerzada.

In connection to this, the Delhi Police registered a case of molestation against the RCN Cricketer, who was later released on bail by a city court.
