WikiLeaks s Founder Jullian Assange 150x150 Ready to shelter WikiLeakss founder for years: EcuadorAs per latest report, Ecuador announced that it is ready to shelter Julian Assange for many years who would spend his 100th day in London embassy on Thursday, following talks with Britain and Sweden over where Assange’s extradition on charges of sexual assault to US.

“Absolutely we are prepared. Mr Assange we suppose is too, because he made the decision to request asylum and he knew the implications,” Ecuador’s Foreign Minister Ricardo Patino confirmed reporters.

Further adding, “We are willing to withstand any situations that arise and not going to go back on our decision” ready to protect Assange for 10 years if necessary with demand to stop Assange’s prosecution.

On June 19, 41-year-old Australian Assange granted asylum in the Ecuadoran embassy after appealing against extradition from Britain to Sweden, fearing of handling to US.

It has also said that the founder of WikiLeaks, Assange had accused to publish exhausted confidential documents of thousands of US frontline war, showing US supporting former Tunisian dictator Zine el Abidine Ben Ali to accessed the crimes for many years.

“It is time for the United States to cease its persecution of WikiLeaks, to cease its persecution of our people and cease its persecution of our alleged sources,” Assange iterated his demand, lambasting US for supporting the Arab Spring uprisings.
