Taking first round of reshuffle in her cabinet, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa on Wednesday sacked three ministers, reports said.
The minister has stepped down three ministers from Council of Ministers, while induction of same in number three new faces has made into her Cabinet.
Tourism Minister Gokula Indra, Health and Family Welfare Minister VS Vijay and School Education Minister NR Sivapathy are among those dropped by her.
The strict action has come up on suggestions of the Chief Minister, Governor K. Rosaiah, as per Raj Bhavan’s statement.
There is no declaration about the cause of removal of three ministers.
In list of First time MLAs, reports said, these include Government Chief Whip Vaigai Chelvan as School Education Minister, KC Veeramani for Health and Family Welfare and TP Poonatchi as Minister for Khadi and Village Industries are new ministers likely to sworn in tomorrow.
