According to latest reports, the official website of the Trinamool Congress was today hacked with the hackers posting on it a quote from Party head Mamata Banerjee that, ‘I am a Maoist’.
The hacked Trinamool Congress website shows a posts by hackers quoted West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee as “apologising to the people whom I have hurt.”
The post further said, “I promise to make up for all this by drawing my own cartoons…”
However, the website was later corrected and restored as it was earlier, before being hacked, and the hacked page has been removed as well.
Though, Mamata Banerjee’s ‘dairy’ of the party’s official website was redirected to a page on “Anonymous India on social networking site Facebook.”
