Actor Akshay Kuamr said that one must be careful of what one eats.

Akshay is considered as one of the fit actors of Bollywood, and he is known as ‘Khaladi’ in the industry.

Akshay Kumar, 45-years-old, said, “Only one thing which I have followed in my life, which I would like to share with you all is that eat your food before sunset. It will make a lot of difference.”

The actor was sharing his view with media during an event of Happy Heart Carnival organized to celebrate the World Heart Day at SL Raheja Hospital here

Akshay said, “It is very important to take care of yourself and your family. I would advise all of you to just be careful of what you eat.”

Akshay Kumar is trained in martial arts and keeps a regular fitness regime. He said outdoor games and sports helps to keep oneself fit, and Yoga, meditation and martial arts help in staying physically and also mentally fit.
