India’s leading telecom operator, Bharti Airtel has introduced a new first-of-its kind voice based one-stop solution portal for Value Added Services (VAS), called as Apna Chaupal.
The Airtel Chaupal will offer life enriching services, lets users to easy access just a dial 58080 toll free number from their Airtel number without having to memorise the individual dialling numbers of each of the service.
From a bouquet of VASs includes agriculture, education, health, jobs alerts and entertainment, now mobile subscribers can easily browse information as per their requirement.
Aiming the rural and semi-urban market, Airtel Chaupal will support a number of regional languages such as Rajasthani, Marathi, Gujarati, Marwari, Punjabi, Haryanvi, Bengali, Oriya, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam Telugu and Assamese, reports said.
Customers can learn modern tech of agricultural and also receive instant updates on Mandi rates and Government jobs and much more on key day-to-day activities.
Besides this, subscribers can “listen to Live Aarti’s from popular religious shrines, access entertainment services like Hello Tunes, Comedy FM and radio, receive ball-by-ball updates on cricket matches, learn English, seek career counselling and much more”, Airtel said, as per source.
