BSP’s crorepati leader shot dead at his Delhi’s farmhouse

One of the richest BSP candidate , Deepak Bhardwaj shot dead at his South Delhi farmhouse, according to latest reports.

Early Tuesday morning, two or three unidentified men in a black Skoda entered the farmhouse on the pretext of booking for an event and fired Bhardwaj, reports added.

The incident has taken place in ‘Nitish Kunj’ located in Vasant Kunj area of south Delhi and while Bhardwaj  was rushed to the hospital he was dead on spot.

The 58-year-old Bhardwaj, contested the 2009 Lok Sabha elections on a BSP ticket was the owner of Rs. 600 crore assets. The reports added that he was also a business tycoon invested in real estate, hotels and education.

However, Police have rushed at site investing the case seeking the actual cause of the incident.
