Where in India, tablet war is on the peak, the one of the Japanese company, Canon is plan to make position in cinematography business and following its target, the company officially launched EOS 650D video camera in India.
EOS 650D popularly known as the Kiss X6i in Japan and the Rebel T4i in the Americas is the first range of DSLR across the world.
The first DSLR sports a 3.0-inch, vari-angle highly capacitive touchscreen LCD Viewfinder with a Hybrid-Sensor based AF system, facilitating continuous autofocus, DIGIC 5 Image Processor, reports said.
Interestingly, this revolutionary product, feature a newly developed18MP, APS-C sensor, 9-point, all Cross-type AF system, if joined with the new STM(Stepped Motor), two new EF lenses, it give amazing experienced in video shooting with faster, improved and virtually silent high performance.
“The EOS 650D is a revolutionary product developed from ground up to offer unmatched performance particularly while shooting video. With the 650D, we are targeting highly discerning users who demand professional still and motion imagery results, at the most competitive price point,” Mr. Seiji Hamanishi, Assistant Director, Canon India Pvt. Ltd. said while introducing the first EOS camera, targeting Bollywood and broadcast segment.
EOS 650D, a successor of EOS 600D, is available in Indian market at Rs. 55,995. If any user wants to get its full package as a kit with EF S18-55 IS II lens then the tag price of it is Rs. 59,995.
Beside this, the company announced the launch of a range of video cameras- the EOS C300, EOS C500 and EOS 1-DC along with 11 new cinemas EOS lenses-in India.
However it also told reporters to debut Canon Professional Services, a unique service which will provide membership to select seven media houses in Delhi and Mumbai in their photo bureaus.
