Delhi Gang-rape Case: All accused to produce court today

All five accused of Delhi gang-rape and murder case of a physiotherapy student on a moving bus will have produced before Delhi Saket Court today.

As per Delhi Police, all have reached the Saket district court. There are valid and forensic evidence against accused to prove their crime that parked a national as well as international outrage.

The five accused named as Ram Singh, his brother Mukesh, Pawan Gupta, Vinay Sharma and Akshay Thakur have been chargesheeted with the abduction, gang-rape, attempt to murder, destruction of evidence and murder.

They could face the death penalty if found guilty, while the sixth one who said to be a minor of 17 years and six months old, is the most depraved of the group, as per police, will be produced before a juvenile justice board.

Two men who accused in the gang-rape case of 23 year-old girl, a generic name Amanat, Jyoti Singh Pandey, and Damini- Pawan Gupta and Vinay Sharma have ready to become witnesses on behalf of the state in the case, reports said.

Meanwhile, the whole nation set to wait for the verdict of court on the Delhi gang-rape case that burned an anger, grief, and hard protest for stronger laws to protect women and punish those held crimes against women.
