priyanka chopra 150x150 Farhan Akhtar warns Priyanka Chopra: Dont get typecastNews have said that the Bollywood’s desi girl and actress Priyanka Chopra has arrived Hyderabad for the shooting of the remake of Amitabh Bachchan starrer film ‘Zanjeer’, while actor-director Farhan Akhtar has warned her against doing too many remakes and getting typecast.

The actress tweets, “In Hydrabad for ‘Zanjeer’. Starting a new film always makes me nervous.”

The producer of the film is Amit Mehra and his father Prakash Mehra originally produced the film ‘Zanjeer’ featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya in the lead roles.

The remake will be directed by Apoorva Lakhia and southern star Ram Charan Teja and Priyanka are playing Vijay and Mala, respectively.

Meanwhile, Farhan Akhtar tweets, “Priyanka Chopra, do you realise that this is the third official remake of Amitabh Bachchan you are in? Be careful \you don’t get typecast.”

Earlier, actress Priyanka Chopra had worked in the remakes like ‘Don’ released in 1978 and ‘Agneepath’ released in 1990.
