Bladerunner Pistorius back in court; Shot four times Steenkamp through door

Oscar Pistorius who has called off his future races due to charging with the premeditated murder of his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day, 2013, is due back in court in Pretoria today for bail.

The athlete, without both legs was shot his 29 year old girlfriend, model Reeva Steenkamp four times with his own pistol at his home in South Africa, where she died of her wounds, Police official said.

A bloodied cricket bat and a hand gun from which Pistorius’s slain girlfriend was shot were found at his house, sources said.

It has been said, this is of first appearance of the South African Bladerunner in court for a bail hearing whether he will be granted following the murder of his girlfriend. Before this Oscar appeared court on last Friday when he broke down and wept at hearing.

Indications are that today hearing would reveal more details about what happened during the Valentine’s Day night shooting at Pistorius’s upmarket home.

Over the weekend, Pistorius, who won two gold medals at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, has held in a police cell in Pretoria and has not spoken one word about Steenkamp’s death.

Steenkamp’s mother accused Oscar, asked him to clarify her daughter’s death and said, “Why my little girl? Why did this happen? Why did he do this?”

Prosecutors are planned to pursue their evidence with a charge of premeditated murder against Pistorius, sources said, added that as per his family Pistorious would expected to deny charges before his trial begins.

However, Model Reeva who had been dating with Pistorius since late last year is due to be cremated at a private ceremony in Port Elizabeth today, where her friends and family be present to attend an hour-long memorial service later.
