Yet a major setback over the German Bakery blast case of 2010, Pune court sentenced to death to Indian Mujahideen operative Himayat Baig today.
The Pune German Bakery blast convict, charged with serious offences of murder and criminal conspiracy is the only one suspect who arrested.
As per media reports, Baig had role in the German Bakery blast in Pune’s upmarket Koregaon Park where 17 people left dead in February 2010.
After more than six months from terror attack, the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad nabbed Baig from Udgir, reports added.
Baig was found guilty in the case, but it has to say that terrorist would move to Bombay High Court to challenge the verdict.
