Since many years, TATA Tea’s ‘Jaago Re’ campaign has supported the first against corruption and non-voting. This time, it has come up to support women with a campaign named ‘Women First’.
The campaign “Women First” is launched as to change the attitude towards women and Bollywood actor Shahrukh khan is supporting it by featuring in an ad – and taking a pledge.
The short advertisement, shot by director R. Balki, will go on air Friday on International Women’s Day.
Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan has said in media about his association with the campaign at an event.
Talking to media, Shahrukh said, “In the wake of increasing crimes against women across the country, one can only expect that such support from noted names goes a long way in driving home a positive message, and brings change in the society.”
