Micromax’s first quad core processor phone, Canvas HD, will go on sale through company’s website beginning February 14, 2013.
Micromax has set its larger screened smart HD phablet, A116 Canvas HD with dual-SIM category, supporting GSM frequency on both the SIMs.
Phablet is powered by MediaTek’s MT6589 quad-core processor that clocks 1.2GHz with 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which can be expanded to up to 32GB via microSD card and will run on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) out of the box.
Canvas HD will provide superior graphics and HD viewing experience as features a 5 inch touchscreen IPS screen with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels and a colour depth of 16.7 million.
Micromax’s Canvas HD is 3G device, comes with an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, multiple camera settings, 4X zoom and a VGA front camera.
Pricing under the range of Rs 13,990, Micromax Canvas HD will have major competition with Karbonn S1Titanium Smartphone in order to specification and price.
Moreover, booking has been started fro the phone which will be delivered between 5-7 working days.
