The Karan Johar’s Agneepath has a very simple story but still very effective, the film is based on same Vijay Dinanath Chauhan’s [Hrithik Roshan] revenge on Kaancha [Sanjay Dutt] for the latter’s murder of his father. The story start from 1977 and travels to a long way of 15 years.

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt’s negative look Kancha Cheena in the Karan Johar’s ‘Agneepath’ has earned appreciation for the actor from all spheres, his role in the film is more appreciated compared to the lead actor Hrithik Roshan, though Sanjay Dutt said that he is not trying to outdo anyone.

In addition to this, Sanjay Dutt’s wife, Maanyata, is also very impressed with the performance of Sanjay in the film, which will hit the silver screen on January 26.

This was said by Hrithik in a recent press conversation, while answering to a question, he said, “I think once the film is ready for previews, he will be the first person we will call.”

Meanwhile, the original Agneepath, directed by Mukul Anand, was released in 1990 and Amitabh did the lead role in the film and also won the national award for his superb performance in that film.
