It is said in reports that Charu Khandal, who was traveling in an auto rickshaw, was hit by a speeding car in suburban Oshiwara here, leaving her in a pool of blood. Police officials said that she is seriously injured and under observation.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday around 1 am, when Charu Khandal, 28-year-old, was returning home in the auto with her sister Ritu and friend Vikrant Goyal. Read more

mona kapoor 300x242 Boney Kapoor’s first wife dies of cancerAccording to the Bollywood news, the first wife of Bollywood film producer Boney Kapoor, Mona Kapoor, died today in Mumbai. She was suffering from cancer.

Mona Kapoor, 48-year-old, was the CEO of Future Studios, an indoor shooting studio situated in Mumbai city. She had been fighting with cancer and was admitted to the Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai two weeks ago.

She was known in the industry for her loved, warmth, tenacity and sense of humour.

Meanwhile, her last tweet on the social networking site Twitter showed her spirit, “once more any1 asks hw I am I wl block them. U all knw I am in hosp n battlng stagr 3 multiple organs cancer. Kindly pray fr me. Thts all.” This tweet was on March 16. Read more

The baby boom is on in the industry, Celina Jaitley gave birth twin boys on Saturday in the early hours.

Soon after the birth of twin boys, father Peter posted on social networking site, Twitter, “I am so happy to inform you that @celinajaitly and myself have been blessed happy healthy twin boys, Winston and Viraaj. I am over the moon!(sic).”

Earlier, the actress secretly got married to Dubai based businessman Peter Haag in July last year. The actress shared her marriage news with media only in September last year.
