UP DSP Case: CBI slaps murder charges on Raja Bhaiya to face arrest

Ina major setback over notorious Raja Bhaiya’s arrest on Kunda DSP murder charges, the Central Bureau of Investigation has named him as an accused in FIR filed in connection with the case.

SP leader Raja Bhaiya has been slapped by charges of murder, criminal conspiracy and rioting, fooling allegations of slain DSP widow Parveen Azad that former Uttar Pradesh minister had killed her husband in a planned manner.

Along with the Kunda MLA who has a criminal record, three others have been named, accusing for murder of DSP Zia-ul-Haq in Kunda, sources said.

But the question is that whether Raja Bhaiya will be arrested by police, as still yet no arrest has been made

Officials said that the arrest of Raja Bhaiya was now imminent as CBI has started its investigation over the matter.

A CBI team is likely to leave for Kunda tonight to reconstruct the crime scene, sources said, added that will take custody of the two persons already arrested and questioned them.

Following the death of DSP of Kunda who was allegedly killed by a mob in Pratapgarh on order of Raja Bhaiya, several criticism pointed towards UP CM Akhilesh Yadav government who also hit a visit to Dlain DSP home town, met his family and assured strict actions against guilty.

Amid force demanding resignation after being accused for murder, Raja Bhaiya quit from Akhilesh government.
