Afzal’s execution row: Pakistan passes resolution, India warns not to interfere

After the death, Afzal Guru Parliament attack convict is being the one of the biggest row between India and Pakistan.

Condemning the execution of Guru in a top secret manner, Pak Parliament has passed a resolution and demanded an immediate return of his body to his family.

India much shocked over this, warned Pak not to interfere in the government matter as it is a matter within the jurisdiction of India.

According to source, External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid said “This shows Pakistan’s unhealthy interest in matters of our country. Pakistan should restrict themselves to their issues,” not over action taken by the Government of India against terror activities committed on Indian soil.

On Thursday, Pakistani National Assembly passed the resolution moved by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, seeking to woo Kashmir protesting to handed back Guru’s body by India.

Guru a Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist was hanged and buried in a top-secret operation at Delhi’s Tihar Jail in February for assisting in the 2001 attack on Parliament.

Therefore, it could not possible for Indian government to do same.

Meanwhile amid warning has raised from angry Jaish-e-Mohammed, Pakistan based terror group in wake to take revenge for the hanging of his operative Afzal, source said.
