Biocon, the Bangalore based India’s largest pharmaceutical firm awarded with a title of one of the Company features with the “Global Top 20 BioPharma Employers” by Science magazine.

In 2012, among the top biotech and pharma employers sector, Biocon has been ranked at 19th position.

It is the only Asian Company which listed among top 20 global companies including Vertex, Novo Nordisk and Regeneron.

Biocon, the pharma company employs around 6000 employees worldwide and ranked on basis of six indicators- creativity & innovation, worker friendliness, social responsible, strength and capability to adapt changes.

US-based Regeneron Pharmaceuticals at top on all these parameters.

“The Biocon employer brand has been growing stronger with each passing year, and our increased success in attracting and retaining top talent in the sector is a testimony to this,” Ravi C Dasgupta, company Head of Human resource told media persons.
