Gopal Kanda Case: Former Airhostess Geetika Sharma’s mother commits suicide

Much outcry Haryana’s Former MDLR Airlines airhostess Geetika Sharma’s suicide case shockingly  come in another block when her mother committed suicide at her home on Friday.

Police said that Geetika’s mother hang herself in her house in the Ashok Vihar area of the national capital and found dead.

Geetika had also committed suicide in August 2012 and found dead at her Ashok Vihar residence.

In her suicide note, 23 year old Geetika had said that she was ending her life because of harassment by former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda and a senior colleague Aruna Chaddha, sources said.

Later 13 days after Geetika’s death, Delhi Police were arrested both accused on charges of abetment to suicide and criminal intimidation.

However, no report about the reason for Geetika’s mother suicide is known yet, but it has been said that there had a huge pressure on Geetika’s family from Kanda who denied allegations.

Delhi Police has started the investigations and once again the case of the former air hostress Geetika Sharma’s suicide has active.
