Hyderabad Twin Blasts: NBW against IM founder Bhatkal, 9 others

Finally taking action over Hyderabad Twin Blasts in which 16 people killed, non-bailable warrants (NBWs) has issued today against ten alleged operatives of banned Indian Mujahideen.

According to the source, a special Delhi court has issued NBWs against IM operatives including IM founder, Pakistan- based Riyaz Bhatkal, following plea of National Investigation Agency (NIA) that all alleged IM modules were behind Hyderabad twin blasts.

Twin Bomb Blasts triggered the February 21, 2013 in heart of Hyderabad City which claimed 16 lives and over 100 injured.

Apart with Bhatkal, nine other are Iqbal Bhatkal, Mohsim Chaudhary, Amir Reza Khan, Dr Shahnawaz Alam, Asadullah Akhtar, Ariz Khan, Mohd Khalid, Mirza Shadaab Beg and Mohd Sajid, source said.

It has been said that after Bhatkal , NIA sought to file a plea for issuance of production warrant against alleged IM operative Obaie-Ur-Rehman who is at present in a Bangalore jail.
