Lava company has announced the launch of its new smartphone Xolo A1000 in Indian market, a new large screen option for customers for a single hand operation.
Marking grand entry in phablet market, the latest member of Xolo Series comes with 5-Inch720p IPS display and become the first 5-Inch device from company under category of phablet.
Excellent designed with one glass solution (OGS), Xolo A1000 is a slimmer device just 8.8 mm thick, sporting Dual SIM functionalities. The integration of OGS technology is behind the sleek body of the device, the company said.
Key specification is that the phone comes pre-installed with the stock Android and Opera Mini web browsers, running on Android 4.1 latest version Jelly Bean.
Over specs, Xolo A1000 is powered by a 1GHz dual-core Mediatek MT6577 processor with 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage with additional expansion support for upto 32GB via microSD.
The phone sports an 8 MP Autofocus rear snapper with LED flash, a 1.2 MP front camera and Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, USB and GPRS support for connectivity.
Taking toughest target against Micromax A116 Canvas HD large screen phablet, Xolo has shipped its latest phablet A1000 at price enrage between Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000.
However, still official launch from company is in wait, but online retail outlet has started to sell this device which is available in white and black variants for a price of Rs. 13,999.
