Actor Nana Patekar on Wednesday slammed the concept of ‘Lifetime Achievement Awards’ saying that such awards are only helping to make beneficial contributions to the society and merit such honours.

Further, the actor refused to accept any such in his life.

Nana Patekar said, “Anybody and everybody gets up and forms any organisation and institutes a Lifetime Achievement Award and they also accept it.”
