Mumbai Attacks 150x150 Pak CID: 26/11 attackers trained at LeT Karachi camps In an anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi, Pakistani intelligence officials confirmed that suspects of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks received training at Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) camps in Pakistan, including navigational training in Karachi.

As per media information, five inspectors of Crime Investigation Department has given a statement as prosecution witnesses that the accused Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, alleged mastermind ,Abdul Wajid, Mazhar Iqbal, Hammad Amin Sadiq, Shahid Jameel Riaz, Jamil Ahmed and Younas Anjum received training at LeT camps in Karachi, Mansehra, Thatta and Muzaffarabad.

The statement of witnesses were recorded without any pressure, the Federal Investigation Agency’s special prosecutor, Chaudhry Zulfiqar Ali informed the court.

The officials said that Lakhvi the alleged mastermind of attacks is a trained terror, has served as LeT commander in Pakistani Kashmir, stayed in Okara district, and  trained other militants.

The Pak CID officers in Okara also informed court that some of the accused also trained at sea near Yousaf Goth in Karachi’s Gadap town.
