Pakistan’s Hatf IV (Shaheen 1A) intermediate-range ballistic missile tested in the Indian Ocean, source said.

Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that Shaheen 1A is an improved range of missile Shaheen 1 having range of 750 kilometers (465 miles), capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.
It has said that Pakistan’s this testing seem to be knocking and prove its nuclear power capability against India’s new nuclear-capable, 5,000 kilometers (3,100 miles) long-range missile, Agni-V.
Further, reports have said that the respected President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani congratulated scientists and military officials over the successful test of the Hatf-4.
