The world luxurious company, BMW Motorrad showcased a supercool sportbike based on its latest and successful version of S1000RR “High Performance” bin.
The latest supersport motorcycle, BMW HP4 is the lightest 4-cylinder vehicle equipped with the same Race ABS system, features lighter carbon parts, lighter battery, titanium exhaust and forged wheels. It has low weight that is 169kg with Race ABS and with 90 % fuel its weight would be 199kg.
The company said that HP 4, an evolution of HP2 series with the S1000RR’s inline-four engine, will support four ride modes, Rain, Sport, Race and Slick. HP4 is the most stylish sport bike loaded more radical aesthetic mechanical changes, asymmetric headlight and fairing design as the S1000RR.
Interestingly, BMW Motorrad unveiled its super motorcycle with dynamic damping control (DDC), BMW technology that is an electronically adjustable suspension, able to track oriented as per road surfaces.
BMW HP4 is the world’s first on a production motorcycle which fitted with DDC along with launch control, adapted wheelie detection and shift assistant.
BMW’s new sportbike is available with 194PS of power engine at 13,000rpm and 112Nm of torque at 9,750rpm at a price of Rs 13.59 lakh .
