Shooting spree at a Christian college in California by a 43-year-old former student took all citizens into a threatening mystery Monday night.
The suspect, One Goh, identified by Police, opened fire freely at school on Monday, left at least seven people dead and wounded three.
Oakland Police has reported that Oakland Police, a Korean-American, surrendered at a Safeway grocery store several miles away from the scene at Oikos University in Oakland.
No one knows his motive behind the killings at Oikos University in East Oakland, even not Police.
“With a case of this magnitude, with all the victims and witnesses and all the chaos, it’s going to take a few days to put the pieces together,” Oakland Police Chief Howard Jordan said.
The suspect was a former student at Oikos University, which detached to the Korean-American Christian community. Police identified him as both a Korean national and a naturalised American citizen from Korea.
Goh had left the school without clarifying his reason that why he did this. Now he is under police custody, but still no questioning has been held from him neither any charge had filed.
Police believed that he used a handgun and acted alone upon this over all attempt, no one was his accompany.
This second rampage came after a student gunman in Ohio opened fire in a high school cafeteria just a month ago, three students has bee killed in it.
Pointing on supply of guns and weapons for attempting this situation, Oakland Mayor Jean Quan said no American mayor wanted to have this situation. “It seems over the last decade, we’ve gotten used to seeing senseless mass killings like this, and we’ll have to question the availability of guns and the need for other services in our community.”
