Suzuki rolls-out Hayate in India worth Rs. 40,162

There is much growth reported in the motorcycle market in India in the recent past, and almost every manufacturer is launching new bikes in India.

In addition, Suzuki has rolls-out a new 110cc motorcycle in Indian market, the Hayate. The new Suzuki Hayate is powered with a 112cc engines with , 4-stroke, air-cooled motor which mills our 8.4 PS of maximum power and 8.8 Nm of torque mated with a 4-speed gearbox.

Further, the new bike has 8 liters of fuel capacity which is best in its class. The new Suzuki Hayate is loaded with drum breaks in both front and rear.

Suzuki has announced that the company will sell the bike in the market in 5-colors; Pearl Mirage White, Metallic Lush Green, Pearl Mica Red, GL Sparkle Black and Metallic Flint Grey. Suzuki official told media that they are planning monthly sales of 10,000 units.

While talking to media at the launch of the bike, head of national sales (SMIL), Anand Thakur said, “Maharashtra is an important market for Suzuki motorcycles. We see the Hayate securing a significant and distinct space for itself in the Indian motorcycle market by serving the needs of the first time motorcycle owner and people with regular commuting needs.”

Further, he said, “The Hayate is a great option for customers looking for both uncompromising technology and value for money. We believe that Suzuki and Salman together will make an emotional connect with all sections of customers that Suzuki’s range of two-wheelers reaches out to.”

However, the new Suzuki Hayate is available in the market for Rs. 40,162 for kick start variant and Rs. 42,162 with electric start, ex-showroom Pune.
