The Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan has showed his love and affection for the environment, as he has invested in a state-of-the-art solar park in Gujarat.
Further, reports have said that the solar-park is situated in Charanaka, Patan District in Gujarat.
It is a join venture between Roha Group, Ajay Devgan and filmmaker Kumar Mangat of ‘Aakrosh’, ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ and ‘Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji’, films.
Further, reports have said that the solar project will start working from December this year.
The solar project has unique features and built with advanced technologies.
While talking to media, actor Ajay Devgan said, “The thought behind our entry is that we believe that solar power is the future of industry. We are aiming to reach 500 mw within three-five years with a total investment of Rs 5,000 crore.”
In the meantime, the actor told media that he would like to introduce this concept in Bollywood as well, as it would surely help to reduce the consumption of power.
At present, the 43-year-old actor is shooting for his film ‘Son of Sardar’ and busy in the promotions of his upcoming Priyadarshan’s action-thriller ‘Tezz’.
