After marking the 10th anniversary of Gujarat communal riots, now this conspiracy has lead to US House resolution urging the state government to restore religious freedom.
Keith Ellison, a Democrat lawmaker early this week has introduced “recognising the 10th anniversary of the tragic communal violence in Gujarat”, the non-binding resolution that sent to the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

Today, final report of SIT over 2002 Gujarat Communal riots, will be heard by a local court.
As per directions by the Supreme Court, Special Investigation Team (SIT) had handed over to investigate over all matter and filed a report.
The action had been taken on the complaint filed by Setalvad and Zakia Jaffery, widow of former Congress MP Ehsaan Jaffrey.

As per the CBI report, The Special Investigation Team who was investigating against Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi over 2002 communal riots in Gujarat, have not enough evidence to prove his alleged inaction in riots. And this is expected that SIT is trying to escape Modi.
The Gulbarg case which directed by the Supreme Court to SIT for making final report, is going to blew a big controversy.
The special committee of Supreme Court, SIT who had submitted a wrapped report on Wednesday, in a magisterial court in Ahmedabad, has not commented on CBI’s allegation.

The Gujarat High Court rejected a petition filed by NGO Jan Sangarsh Manch to summon the chief minister Narendra Modi for his involvement in connection with the 2002 riots
No having evidence in the application seeking against Modi, the commission of bench of justice has rejected the petition by not having witness.
Talking to Media, JSM said that Modi should be summoned by the commission as the role of the chief minister falls within the ambit of the probe panel’s inquiry and now he will go to the Supreme Court for summoning Modi.

CBI has called up the former Gujarat home minister Amit Shah, to Delhi for questioning in connection with the 2006 fake encounter of Tulsiram Prajapati.
However Tulsiram Prajapati was a key witness to the killing of Sohrabuddin Sheikh and his wife Kausarbi.
Shah, who is considered a close aid of chief minister Narendra Modi, is out on bail after being arrested in the Sohrabuddin case.
CBI asked him to appear at the agency headquarters for questioning in the Prajapati case as early as Tuesday during which CBI is expected to confront the BJP leader with telephone records about him being allegedly in touch with police officers including the deputy inspector general of police (Jail) DG Vanzara.
