SIT issues clean chit to Narendra Modi in Gulbarg case

As per the CBI report, The Special Investigation Team who was investigating against Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi over 2002 communal riots in Gujarat, have not enough evidence to prove his alleged inaction in riots. And this is expected that SIT is trying to escape Modi.

The Gulbarg case which directed by the Supreme Court to SIT for making final report, is going to blew a big controversy.

The special committee of Supreme Court, SIT who had submitted a wrapped report on Wednesday, in a magisterial court in Ahmedabad, has not commented on CBI’s allegation.

Now a local court is expected to go into amid reports that Chief Minister Narendra Modi has been given a clean chit.

Under the Gulberg Housing society riots that triggered on 27, February, 2002 Godhra train carnage, 1,200 people were killed.

Amongst them Zakia’s former Congress MP Husband Ehsan Jafri was one of. And Zakia had filed a petition against Modi and 62 top government officials allegedly to refuse to take action to contain the state-wide riots.

But that time, Supreme Court had refused to take any order against Modi and left the decision to the concerned magistrate’s court. It had passed it to magistrate for proceeding and hearing the plea of Zakia and decides the action on the basis of the SIT report.

The magistrate court will decide the final order on the basis of SIT report that submitted on Wednesday. However along with Zakir’s allegations, report of CBI also reviewed under the hearing that will be made by apex court.
