Tragically in the Gujarat Ode village massacre in 2002 where 23 people were died, burning alive in violent riot, today a sessions court convicted 23 people and 23 have acquitted for want of evidence in connection with this post Gujarat case.
Special Investigation Team (SIT) was investigated this riot case and verdict has pronounced by sessions court Judge Poonam Singh.
Gujarat post riot had clamped at Pirwali Bhagol area in Anand district on 1st March, 2002.

On the direction of Bombay High Court, the Police arrested Former Mumbai Congress President Kripashankar Singh allegedly in the case of disproportionate assets.
All the properties that Singh and his family reportedly own including a bungalow, seven flats and hundreds of acres of land, all are seized by SIT for investigating high profile untraceable assets.
Answering the questions of Media reporters over his untraceable matter, Kripashankar said he was not running away.

As per the CBI report, The Special Investigation Team who was investigating against Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi over 2002 communal riots in Gujarat, have not enough evidence to prove his alleged inaction in riots. And this is expected that SIT is trying to escape Modi.
The Gulbarg case which directed by the Supreme Court to SIT for making final report, is going to blew a big controversy.
The special committee of Supreme Court, SIT who had submitted a wrapped report on Wednesday, in a magisterial court in Ahmedabad, has not commented on CBI’s allegation.
Now a local court is expected to go into amid reports that Chief Minister Narendra Modi has been given a clean chit.
