Bal Thackeray’s health matter of concern, but stable: Uddhav Thackeray

According to latest news, Uddhav Thackeray, Shiv Sena executive president has called a meeting of party MPs and legislators today after reports hit that ill health of Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray.

Shiv Sena holds meeting just before the Parliament session, but in this case the winter session has three weeks to go, so there are reports of some serious matter to be discussed.

Talking to media outside the Shiv Sena leader’s residence in suburban Bandra, Uddhav Thackeray said, “The meeting was routine to discuss political issues…. His (Bal Thackeray’s) health is of concern for all, including me, but his health is stable for now.”

Further, Uddhav said, “We will be having other meetings with our elected representatives in the future as well.”

Meanwhile, the founder of Shiv Sena, Bal Thackeray, is not feeling good health, he addressed his party workers with recorded video message on this Dussehra rally in Mumbai last week.

The 86-years-old Bal Thackeray asked his supporters to support his son Uddhav and grandson Aditya.

He said, “I have collapsed physically…I can’t walk…I am tired.”

On Thursday, Raj Thackeray, who formed MNS in 2006, met Bal Thackeray.

Senior politicians, including NCP chief Sharad Pawar, BJP leaders Nitin Gadkari and Gopinath Munde, MNS chief Raj Thackeray, Sena leaders Manohar Joshi and Subhash Desai and RPI leader Ramdas Athavale have also visited him over the last few months.
