The heavyweights Mumbai Indians still needs to steal the win to today to enter in the last four of the Indian Premier League [IPL 2012] today.
The two big teams of DLF IPL 2012, Mumbai Indians [MI] and Kolkata Knight Riders [KKR] will face each other in the IPL Twenty20 match playedat Eden Gardens, Kolkata 12 May 2012 – day/night (20-over match).
However, this would be the first time when the two big teams will face each other in IPL season 5, though IPL 2012 has already entered into full swing.
It has been quite a tough race for the two team this IPL season, however, KKR has managed its position with 8 wins from 12 games with 17 points and is at the second position in the table.
Mumbai Indians [MI] has also played 12 matches but win only 7 matches with 14 points at the fourth position in the points table.
The Mumbai Indians has full of top class players with Sachin Tendulkar leading from the front along with skipper Harbhajan Singh and Sri Lankan pacer Lasith Malinga. Opener Franklin is doing well in the tournament so far. But today, MI needs big blast from the top order if want themselves in the last four race.
