Moustafa Ismail has been awarded with the title of world`s biggest arms, biceps and triceps, by the Guinness Book of World Records.

His biceps measure 31 inches around.

It is said that it too 10 years for 24-year-old Moustafa to build his biceps.

in an interview, Egyptian Body builder Moustafa Ismail said he’s constantly compared to Popeye the sailor. But the truth is that Moustafa hates spinach.
