Eight killed, 12 injured in Fire-Cracker Explosion in Uttar Pradesh

According to latest news, around eight people were killed and 12 others were injured in an explosion in a house where fire fire-crackers were being manufactured illegally for the Diwali festival.

It is said in reports that all the killed were of the same family.

Meanwhile, the explosion occurred at the house in Yaqoobpur town in Bela police station area in the morning, as reported by the deputy superintendent of police Ashok Kumar Singh.

A loud explosion was heard after the fire cracker caught fire today morning, news said that eight people dead on the spot and 12 were admitted in the hospital.

It is said that the critically injured were shifted to a hospital in Kanpur.

Reports have said that manufacturing of illegal fire cracker were on high during the festival seasons in the house of Motilal and Ram Narain.
