Hands on Idea Zeal- A Dual SIM Smartphone unveils in India

Testing its fate in Indian smartphone market, Idea Cellular has landed the Zeal, a dual-SIM smartphone all set to run in hands of middle customer level.

Zeal is a budget friendly smartphone, coming with affordable price tag targeting youth, especially students who like to stay connected to social networking sites and access emails on-the-go.

The company has made available its Zeal Dual SIM Smartphone in market priced at Rs. 5,390.

Idea said to launch its latest Zeal with attractive data usage offer for 3G users-1GB of free 3G data every month for first 3 months, with a free Idea TV for 3 months on recharge of Rs. 261.

The phone running on Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread OS sports a 3.5-inch display with a 320×480 p and dual functionality with dual stand by.

Powered by 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, along with 256 MB of RAM, Zeal features a 3MP shooter auto-focus rear shooter with digital zoom and a microSD Card slot compatible for cards up to 32GB.

An array of pre loaded apps such as Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Google, YouTube and Idea TV, Zeal coems with unlimited SMS/MMS and phone directory.

Zeal will provide upgradation of 2G to 3G with support of Wi-Fi, A-GPS, MP3 Player and Bluetooth, and built-in social media apps such, and pre-loaded apps such as.
