The fresh news for students, especially class 12 to counsel students after and before unveiling the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 results, a helpline will be launched on Thursday.
Offering the ‘Hopeline 2012′ from May 24 to June 2, An NGO Snehi will provide totally free of cost confidential counselling service to those students who have results-related queries.

The above mentioned is the helpline number that would be available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. while needed students can also mail to: [email protected].,as per information provided to media.
“Our helpline is an effective preventive measure against suicides and promotion of positive mental health,” Abdul Mabood, director, Snehi further told reporters.
This service will be offered by support of trained counsellors and mental health professionals.
An attempt of like recent services helpline also carried last year, in which around 2,684 calls had been attended, out of which most calls were of 10th and 12the class students over 1,929.
Moreover, the services which has been providing since last 14 years, has also seen the response of Parents. As per past 14 years record, 7,127 parents have been helped by the helpline, out of them 290 calls had been received last year regarding situational stress.
